Hearing loss affects many people of many ages and there are actually a number of different causes that are very common. Unfortunately, there is a lot of misconception surrounding the subject. Therefore I created this campaign to primarily educate people on the different causes of hearing loss. I have designed a set of posters and a Spotify advertisement campaign that will lead you to a website. This website gives you information on a range of different causes of hearing loss. I have taken an approach of using bright colours, interesting patterns and expressive typography to represent each disorder, as my campaign is aimed at a younger audience I wanted to keep the visuals interesting and fun. The name is a play on the word ‘Clearly’ highlighting the word ear within it.

Each poster is based on a different ear condition, they comprise of two layers, one is the type layer and one is an acetate layer which covers the typography. The black patterns represent each disorder affecting/distorting the typography underneath it.

I have chosen to advertise my campaign on Spotify because it’s essentially all to do with sound/hearing and additionally it is an application that is heavily used by a younger audience. 

Online Advertising 

This is a video advertisement that I have also designed for Spotify. It demonstrates the different levels of hearing loss and gives the audience a chance to experience the effects of hearing loss. (sound is required when viewing video)

The website I've created will essentially be where the information about each type of disorder is. Both the adverts and the posters lead you to this educational website.
